Established in 2009 by husband and wife team Mike & Roisin de Blois, de Blois Built is founded on a passion for exceptional craftsmanship and the belief that clients’ projects deserve professionalism, quality and excellent service, no matter how big or small the project.
What began with Mike’s deep trade expertise and understanding of construction and sequencing as an experienced Red Seal Carpenter, and Roisin’s sharp operational instincts, has evolved into a client-focused, team-based operation with a network of trusted trades & suppliers, a loyal client base and a strong portfolio of projects we stand behind.
Mike draws inspiration from the creative aspects of building and his skillset is driven by a love of quality craftsmanship and good design. Mike’s passion for connecting with others is at the root of de Blois Built’s core values. He is committed to creating a positive and healthy workplace culture, which extends beyond the team to his relationships with clients and industry peers.

Careful site supervision ensures quality control and efficiency on the job. Behind the scenes, our admin team guides the planning, direction and administration of de Blois Built’s financial systems, client services standards, health & safety management tools, human resources, and operating systems development.
We’re not a volume builder. We deliberately limit our project load to ensure every client receives the care and attention they deserve.
